Order Turnaround
Standard delivery orders received by 11am EST are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Two-Day, Overnight and Saturday delivery orders received by 11am EST will be processed and shipped the same business day (weekends and holidays excluded).

Personalized Products
Personalized/engraved products can take up to 7 additional business days to create and ship. Accordingly, they can typically ship separately from any non-personalized products in your order.

Delivery Restrictions
Orders placed at the U.S. version of na.wwrd.com can ONLY be shipped to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. Orders CAN NOT be shipped to PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses.
