Shipping Restrictions
Orders placed at the U.S. version of na.wwrd.com can ONLY be shipped to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and Washington, D.C. Orders CAN NOT be shipped to PO BOX, APO or FPO addresses.

International Shipping
If you'd like to ship your order outside the United States, please shop the appropriate International site using the links found at the bottom right of any page.

Signature Required
For SOME ORDERS, the carrier may require a Signature for delivery.

Multiple Addresses
If you choose to ship your order to multiple addresses, each shipment will be charged the applicable shipping rate for the amount of merchandise in the shipment and the selected shipping method.

Multiple Cartons
It is possible, and often likely, your order will be shipped to you in multiple cartons.

Additional Delivery Charges
Some larger products, such as chandeliers, may require an additional delivery charge. Any additional delivery charges are listed in the "Shipping Info" Tab at the bottom of the detail page for a particular product.

Shipping Errors
It is the responsiblity of the customer to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address during the time of purchase. In the event a customer enters and confirms an order with the wrong shipping address and fails to notify Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton before order is packaged and shipped, the customer will be held responsible for any shipping costs related to returning the incorrectly shipped order and/or shipping costs related to shipping a new order (if required) to the correct address.

Shipping/Delivery Disputes
Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton has selected reliable delivery services that offer sophisticated tracking systems to monitor the status and confirm the delivery of all shipments. Once an order leaves the Waterford Wedgwood Royal Doulton warehouse, the responsibility for delivering the order lies with the delivery service. Accordingly, in the event a customer claims an order was not received, the tracking information, along with any delivery confirmation, in the delivery service's tracking system will serve as the proof of delivery.
