Thought to have originated in the courts of the Italian renaissance, ballet was further developed by the Russians into concert dance where its classical traditions were born in the mid 18th century. Famous ballet choreographers collaborated with composer Tchaikovsky to create classics such as "Swan Lake", "Sleeping Beauty" & "The Nutcracker" easily recognized for their grace & artistry. The Russian Ballerina HN 5567, is Hand Made and Hand Decorated from Bone China. Each are individually numbered, with a limited edition of 2500.
